Our total shipping time consists of two stages, starting from the moment your order is placed:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PT) will be processed within 1–2 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days

Delivery times provided above are estimates and apply to most orders. They do not include delays caused by inspections, exceptional circumstances, or uncontrollable factors such as severe weather, carrier congestion, or force majeure events.
Shipping Notification
Please ensure that your full name, delivery address, postcode, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been shipped, and any risks or additional costs arising from address changes after dispatch will be the customer’s responsibility.
UK Warehouse Delivery & Collection Information
Our UK warehouse (TC Warehouse) accepts container truck deliveries by appointment only and also supports customer self-collection.
All deliveries and collections must be booked in advance. The warehouse reserves the right to refuse any unbooked deliveries or collections.
For efficiency and record-keeping, email contact is strongly preferred. Telephone contact should be used for urgent matters only.

- Remote Delivery Addresses: Shipping times may be delayed by 1–2 days due to remote delivery locations.
- Recipient-Related Delays: Delays or failed deliveries caused by the recipient’s actions, including but not limited to:
- Address changes after shipment.
- Providing unknown, invalid, or incorrect addresses.
- Providing incorrect contact information.
- Refusal to accept the package.
- Force Majeure Events: Delays due to unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable circumstances, including but not limited to:
- National or regional air/ground transportation disruptions (e.g., weather-related issues).
- Communication system interference or malfunctions.
- Government actions or changes in postal policies.
- Wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, fog, or similar events.
- Prohibited Air Cargo: Items restricted by aviation safety regulations, including: Contraband, mobile phones, electronics, fragile goods, or other items ineligible for air transport.
- Confiscated Shipments: Parcel confiscation or disposal due to violations of shipping regulations.
- Holiday/Non-Working Day Delays: Inability to deliver during weekends, national holidays, or public observances.
- Inaccessible Locations: Failed deliveries to schools, workplaces, or residential areas unreachable by couriers.
